The vision of Transerve  Virtual HR service is to offer quick lift to partner team activities through trained add-on team members with following Accountabilities:

  • Hire 3 to 5 talent acquisition team members on Monthly rent. Minimum Commitment would be 2 months. No Add-On cost till 4 recruitments across any salary band
  • Team will be accountable for Job Promotion, Profile Identifications, Filtrations, Coordination, Interview Scheduling, Interview Process Execution & Helping company in Salary negotiation
  • Team will be responsible for Portal Job Posting, LinkedIn Promotions, Digital Promotions and Cross Selling Company Brand and Benefits
  • No Capex, Opex, Compliance cost to offer work environment to Virtual HR and will be on Payroll of Transerve
